you know what's funny? i used to consider myself a liberal, until very recently. then it occured to me: why do we feel the need to call ourselves "conservatives" or "liberals"? i'm not vegan, i'm not psycho-political. i support gay marriage, yeah, but now that i think of it, that doesn't make me "liberal". i just wanted to let you know - those quotes are really disturbing to me. BUT, it's also occured to me that nobody truly knows the facts when it comes to politics. nobody has the whole story. so in the end, nobody's entirely right. middle-of-the-road, folks. it's the safest place to be sometimes. :)
