"I believe there's a problem with population, serious issues with the environment, and I believe I have to be part of the solution."If there's a problem with population, why is the nation of Russia facing extinction because of its massively declining birth rate?

If there's a problem with population, why is the nation of Russia facing extinction because of its massively declining birth rate? You know logic doesn't work on those types! Besides, "Russia" will still be there ... it's just "Russians" that will be extinct :-).
