The precedent was set during Vietnam when Jane Fonda and John Kerry were allowed to get away with treason. Times change, and this precednet should be changed. Treason must be prosecuted.

To this day, I have never understood why Nixon's Justice Dept never charged Kerry, Fonda and Clark with treason.

As a side-note......The same comment goes for all the voter fraud in Washington State and elsewhere, documented here at FR: People need to start doing some hard time for violation of Federal Election Laws that 'Disenfranchise' honest voters.

'Best Wishes', 'Good Viewing' and 'Eagles UP' at the Inauguration! Unfortunately, I won't be able to join the Washington Chapter of FR like I did for the Reagan Funeral; I have a previous commitment overseas on that date.

"Treason" against the U.S. (Ref: Rosenbergs/websites)does not exist in principle according to the ACLU, et al. Only party disloyalty or renuniciation of socialism/communism is "treasonable." (read David Horowitz and Robert Radosh.)

"Liberals" dismiss the concept of "treason" as quickly as Bill Clinton responds in self-serving lies. The issue of "treason" scares them, me thinks.
