I'm sure of it too. Earlier today I couldn't sit here long enough to post but there was a statement made that MS wouldn't pursue this issue any further in the courts.

Florida needs judicial reform and we need it now!!

It's too bad Jeb isn't an attorney. Sometimes he takes their word for everything. He really does have executive powers, no matter what the courts are putting in writing.

At this point, the rule of law means nothing at all (if that's what would keep Jeb from continuing to fight for Terri if the SCOTUS turns down his appeal in DC). A statue of Moses is right there at the Supreme Court. That brings to mind "Thou shalt not kill." "Thou shalt not lie" and "Thou Shalt Not steal". "Thou Shall Not Commit Adultery". I've probably left some out but those always come to mind when I think about what's been done to Terri.

JUDICIAL REFORM YES... Jeb isn't going to be the catalyst though.

Most of the country needs it. And too many of our fellow citizens are snoozing, or duped by the liberal pro-death media.
