One year later and all of our Representatives have their thumbs up their you know whats. Their words are worthless and so are their intentions to stop this madness. Terri shouldn't have merely been saved from being dehydrated and starved.. she should have been afforded the therapy/rehab she needed. It's way over one year later and she hasn't received the help she needs. Who to go to? Who to trust? Who is going to do something about this?
Byrd's no longer Speaker of the House. Allan Bense is the Speaker of the Fla House and Leslie Waters (from Pinellas) is Speaker Pro Tem (2nd in command).
Byrd lost his enthusiasm for Terri's situation after he lost the US Senate election. I talked his his staff attorney who made a very harsh comment that Terri's just one person. I can't recall his other harsh remarks but I posted them here on a Terri thread probably after the November 2nd election. I was appalled.
Forget BYRD. He's not got any power. Think Bense and Waters and think U.S. SENATOR MARTINEZ WHO IS FROM ORLANDO, FL.
