really don't think that the US should give any MONETARY donationtions. I think that the Treasury Dept or FEMA should have an International Disaster Relief Office. When a disaster like this happens the International Red Cross can submit a list of their needs and the FEMA office transferrs the funds to that supplier.
And of course ALL of the needed supplies MUST come from American owned business.
