Marines on board are welcome to ID the medals for us (I don't recognize them myself, except for the Purple Heart, of course).
I have a medals chart right behind me at my computer, so I actually turned around to look it up...
Top is Silver Star
next down from left to right:
Bronze Star,
Purple Heart,
and Meritorious Service Medal.
Next row, left to right:
Navy and Marine Corps Commendation,
then Navy Achievement Medal,
then far right an Army Commendation Medal, so this person is either someone who served in both USMC and US ARMY, or there are Army personnel there who also had Selver Stars and Bronze stars and they are sharing the tree
The bottom ones are unknown to me, I thought I had the bottom right, but after lookng at my chart, that is NOT a Sea Service ribbon.
My guess is they are campaign ribbons.
