Will the armadillos survive this?
There's plenty of snow here. I'll be happy to give some away!!!!!
Wow... good luck and have fun... Merry Christmas too.
Weather reports predicting we may even get a little snow. That hasn't happened in Brownsville since I believe 1989!
Corpus Christi has a white Christmas, and here in western Massachusetts it's just brown and cold.
Thanks, ya'll. Luckly we got home from Church and the inlaws before it really started coming down. They said on the 9 PM newscast that you have to go back to the winter of 1899 to get the kind of snow we are getting. That year the bay froze over!!!
Yep. They'll dig a hole in the ground and do okay.
"the longest icecicles I've ever seen were hanging from the jetways at DFW."
Oh sure.........everything in Texas is bigger, longer! LOL
Good. With any luck I'll see one some day.
I don't know about 1989. It did snow in Brownsville back around 1960/61 though. I was living there back then.
http://www.khou.com/ Some snow in the Houston area!
Global Warming no doubt. It's supposed to be 50 in Upstate NY next week.
Merry Christmas and have fun. Stay safe.
"Will the armadillos survive this?"
These beast have been up here in Tennessee for 5 to 10 years. They do not require warm climate.
It is sleeting here now. My DIL just took my son to work and our freeway shut down.
My sister is visiting near Dallas .. do you know what kind of weather they're having for the next few days ..??
Which part of South Texas are you from?
They take the cold better than you'd think.
