According to our local NBC affiliate, the R's are making this case to lay the groundwork for an appeal to the US Supreme Court on 14th Amendment issues. This would include equal treatment of rejected ballots statewide, and would probably also include an appeal to include all those late military ballots.
I sure hope so, I'm tired of the "oh I just found this box of ballots" excuse that the Rats keep coming up with. IT seems they ALWAYS find a missing box of ballots when the elections are close.
