As Anonymoussierra is a Pole, she may not know what that is.
Neither do I, as I'm from Texas. ;-)
Thaat looks like my grandmother's housecoat.
I think the "Christmas cheer" has been hit a bit early this season...
No, it's a lossy compressed series of colored pixels.
Good thing, you might find you clear a room pretty fast...
( 2) I type faster than most folks think.
You should S-L-O-W down and think before you drone on and on
(3) I've worked in law offices too long.
That explains the long-winded boring part
It's a lethal combination no doubt and I'm sorry about the unintelligible posts.
Recognizing the problem is always a good start
I've been considering reading women's magazines in an effort to appeal to the masses.
It might help on the self-obsessiveness that aflicts many adults who never marry, never have a family of their own etc - they see the world through the eyes of the very "mature" child that they continue to be - and they look down on those who might read a woman's magazine.
I DO understand where you are coming from, and in a way I somewhat agree. The Republican Party, and conservatives in general, are viewed as the moral party. However, one thing you have to understand is that before we are republicans or conservatives, we are human. The way God made us.
I have no problems with and in fact do relish the fact men are quite naturally attracted to beautiful young women.
We don't disagree here.
I don't think women need necessarily show cleavage or slit their skirts to look sexy and attractive, however.
Again, we agree. Although, to be honest I AM a fan of cleavage. However, I'm also a fan of "leave more to the imagination". I guess it just depends...
Further, although we have ABSOLUTELY NO confirmation that the Bush Twins have made "sexy" one of their top requirements for their designers, the fact such a story is so enthusiastically received by the "moral" party is unseemly.
I hadn't heard that they had done that, and since as you say there is no confirmation, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Although, in a way I can see where people might believe it... I'm not gonna necessarily knock people for thinking it.
Bodies -- particularly those of fecund young women -- are the epitome of beauty and form in many respects.
Agreed.
It's just a matter of whether you lean toward the animal kingdom (which must needs grunt, almost involuntarily, its appreciation) or have more decorum about it, that's all.
Well, as an American Indian, there are many FReepers who would gladly tell you that I am closer to the Animal Kingdom, and that I have no decorum. Grunt.
Many times, I cannot see the difference between this site and others where folks do not hold themselves out as the "moral" party of sexual responsibility, "sacred" marriage vows and other Unnatural Acts which can only be imposed on humans by a purposeful choice for Christianity or some similar MORAL code.
Well, as humans, I believe our first and overriding genetic instinct is to want to reproduce. "Go forth and multiply" and all that. Moral codes have been imposed in order to have a mechanism in place to accomplish that in a way that distinguishes us from "the animals".
Your comments about politics dampening "natural" human responses is most interesting, Chad. I suspect it serves nicely as the handwriting on the wall I myself am trying to point out where threads like these -- replete with Rosa McGowan's ass in full view, if not also the Kerry daughter whose own flashbulb/gown mishap is the stuff of mockery, unlike the Bush kids who are sacrosanct somehow.
Well, as far as I am concerned, no one is safe from mockery. I'll pretty much mock anyone, if I feel like it. At least I'm consistent.
Grunt.
my brother forced me to watch it this Thanksgiving, and I thought it was a riot - Mrs. Bush has taste.
I realize I'm late to this party, but why would a nice conservative Christian woman choose to immerse herself in the gay culture?
I don't get it.
Something like that, but more a paler shade of ALICE BLUE. It's almost white and not a color I would have chosen for her.
"I realize I'm late to this party, but why would a nice conservative Christian woman choose to immerse herself in the gay culture?"
I'm not gonna say it.....nope...I'm not.
Oh, go ahead.
(When that little voice in my head tells me not to hit 'post' on a thread like this, I just override it. It's so much more fun that way.)
She borrowed Loretta Lynn's dress back when the Queen of Country was hitting the State Fair circuit./
Not gonna do it!
btw, how does one get "immersed" in the gay community? Oh wait....maybe I don't want to know.
Take your pick:
im·merse [ -mûrs ]
tr.v. im·mersed, im·mers·ing, im·mers·es
1. To cover completely in a liquid; submerge.
2. To baptize by submerging in water.
3. To engage wholly or deeply; absorb
Oh goodness.
Somebody STOP ME.
"Somebody STOP ME"
You need a stiff drink right about now, doncha? :)
It's just TOO easy, yanow?
Classic narcissist with an overblown sense of self.
Reading this is like slowing the car down at a jack-knifed tractor-trailer on the turnpike.
Her barely limp string of logic focuses on her personally...I just can't turn away.
Talk about someone exposing their id for eternity....it's breathtaking.
It sounds kind of messy to me.
I'm sorry - never having "immersed" myself, I wouldn't know.
