Get back to me, why don't you, when Mr. Limbaugh is convicted of anything. Until then, he's innocent.
Truthfully, I have only one dog in this hunt:
Conservative icons, whether they are your particular flavor or not, are under attack by the mainstream media and partisan press. I will not participate in such an attack. If there are some liberals, like Al Franken for instance, who hate Rush Limbaugh, that's good enough for me to support him.
I'm halfway interested in knowing why you are jumping on the "Rush is a Criminal Doper" bandwagon. I say halfway, because I really don't care that much why you're doing it.
There's an interesting thread up now about the mixed message many pain specialists are getting from the DEA, I've posted to it. Criminalizing doctors and patients for adequate pain treatment leaves EVERY American vulnerable to disabling, untreated, chronic pain.
"Get back to me, why don't you, when Mr. Limbaugh is convicted of anything. Until then, he's innocent."
O.J. was not convicted - both Rush and I think he is guilty
"why you are jumping on the "Rush is a Criminal Doper" bandwagon"
No problem - because like OJ and Clinton, I believe the information presented so far and the actions of the perp show guilt.
"Criminalizing doctors and patients for adequate pain treatment..." But that is not the case here -
Limbaugh hastened to add, however, that the pain was only a contributing factor, not the primary cause, of his addiction, telling his audience: "I took the drugs because I liked them and I found excuses to take them, so I'm not weaseling.
