We would have to get a bulk discount on the price of the flags,but it works for me.
For the sake of economy, I like the idea of using white handkerchefs/cloths signifying "cowardice" and "surrender" -waving them, throwing them to the ground, stomping on them, then burning them - symbolic.
However, there nothing like a flag for burning.
