I agree with you. I also believe your blood type gives a hint of what kind of diet is good for you. Blood type "O" gets along just fine with high protein diet such as red meats. Type "A" should avoid animal fats.

In my own case (type "O") I feel great when I start out with a high protein breakfast (Egg, yellow cheese, cream cheese on whole wheat toast). If I eat a sugary high carb cereal breakfast, I feel tired by noon.
