Did the Branch Dividians move about killing others to get their way? Did they intend to change the form of Government by force of arms and deciet until then? Did the foundational holy book of the Branch Dividians command them to convert others to Dividian by force, or death, or imposed tax on nonDividians?

If they didn't do these things, I'd no, they can't, under the implicit logic used to place restriction on any group.

I, and a lot of other Americans, had problems with the government's handling of the Branch Davidians. But a majority supported the government's actions.
