Woah there big guy! Liberal is something I'm not. But I am also not very religious. Television makes fun of gays, bible-thumpers, blacks, whites, basically everybody. Just because you found an article that highlights the slights against religion does not make it the only institution that is heartily lampooned.

Liberals are good at making themselves into martyrs. Don't put religion into that category. Religion is a very strong entity in this country and a few jokes on some silly shows should not faze it. But here's an idea: Change the channel or read a book.

You don't watch much television or go to movie theaters do you? As for not being very religion, it's like pregnancy, you either believe or you don't.

I'm not trying to convert you,but you are defiantly to my left ideologically. I've checked out your posts. I'm qute sure that if you put your mind to it you could easily show me a thing or two, but I disagree with you on this topic.

Perhaps you can point me to a show that bashes gays, or shows how partial birth abortion is performed. As for blacks being bashed, are you talking about Amos and Andy. The last time I checked that show is forbidden. Since you deny being a liberal, maybe you can tell us what your stand on abortion and gay marriage is?
