In a revote without the Libertarian, Rossi would lose. The Libertarian in this race was some way left wing lesbian and took around 6K vote that probably would have gone to the Democrat.

This would not be a runoff, and the Libertarian would be included. As of today, a massive number of independents and a large number of Democrats regret their vote for Gregoire. A Rossi loss is not a given.
