Nope. State schools ought to stick to reading, writing and arithmetic with, perhaps, a smattering of science, history and civics. Their performance in these areas is so dismal that they don't have time for extraneous stuff. State schools certainly don't have time to debate the joys versus the immorality of fudge-packing.
