Yeah, somethink stinks about this story. I would like some clarification. Any links?
World Net Daily was the first place I saw the story. There is a video link as well of the protestors and how they behaved before they were arrested. According to Steven Crampton, one of the attorneys for AFA, the tape was filmed by an independent group out of San Fran, there to film OutFest. The person who filmed the protest offerred it to the AFA after hearing about the charges.

The charges were: criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime, reckless endangerment of another person, ethnic intimidation, riot, failure to disperse, disorderly conduct, and obstructing highways.
