I think it's harder to diagnose when people say they "hear God speaking to them" because that sort of language is often used symbolically by people as well. It's alot easier to know someone has a problem if they say that the table is talking to them....
Maybe, but I just think that any woman, no matter what her reasoning, who cuts the arms off her child is definitely mentally ill.
