DUers can donate to it, and we can stop having fundraisers.
It'll work if you promise to recount something, anything.
And once you've collected the funds for the recount, then you can collect more funds to pay for expensees incurred by the recount workers, and once you've paid for those expenses, you can collect more money to pay for the training of the recount workers...etc. etc. etc.
