I'm a scientist, and I know about getting funding :-)
I'm not saying whether or not this guy is right or wrong, but maybe he's trying to get funding by phrasing his research in a way that the Bush administration will understand it?
Anyway, I'm still gonna drive my Hummer no matter what anyone says ;-)
Richard Lindzen, unlike most of the thousands of "scientists" supposedly endorsing the reality of global warming, actually IS a climate specialist.
As an amospheric physicist, he has been saying the same things about this phenomenon for years. And to make sure my point is understood, that means years before G.W. Bush was elected President.
