You give me all the upstanding entries on his resume and I will
give some of the less favorable. What are his good points besides his being a Republican?
I'll admit my lack of facts. I based my opinion of Bernard Kerik on what little I learned about him after 9/11, a glossy television biography by Judith Miller on FOX and subsequent interviews with him when he was in Iraq and upon his return. He spoke briefly at a neighborhood "town hall" meeting I attended when I lived in New York and then-Mayor Giuliani answered questions from participants. That was of course prior to 9/11 and more of a local focus, so my impression of him at that time was "Hey, this guy is okay."
