That has no bearing on the comment of an attack through the Southern Border. Al Qaeda will change tactics as weaknesses are exposed. However, one part of the intelligence reform bill stripped from in the Conference was a strengthening of licensing requirements. The 9/11 hijackers had 63 state issued driver's licenses. One of them was actually stopped and cited, but the information the police needed was not available there was no detention. This is another opportunity for Hillary.
