As usual the idiots on the left overlook the facts that don't fit. The traditional view of the Antichrist is one of someone widely loved around the world.

That's one thing that IS consistent about the left. They pick and choose their facts carefully. Emphasize the ones that bolster their case, and simply ignore the ones that don't. They have the unique ability to "censor" their own thought

True enough ~ widely loved by the "world" (and we know that is synonymous with "world of sinfulness" ~ like Kerry!
Besides that the anti-Christ is most likely going to carry the same genetic coding as all other descendants of Aaron, and Kerry's got that too.
This nutcase has the right "time", but the wrong "guy".

Before he became pope, Karol Cardinal Wojtyla said, "We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through. I do not think that wide circles of the American society or wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the church and the anti-Church, of the Gospel versus the anti-Gospel."
Uh, didn't he become Pope like 25 years ago during Reagan? And isn't the anti-Christ supposed to be very popular among the Europeans?
And, unless I missed something, was it George W. Bush who rammed the towers with planes and killed 3000 innocent civilians?
I would say Bush is the anti-antichrist if anything.

The traditional view of the Antichrist is one of someone widely loved around the world. Leftists never crack open a Bible except to find a few verses they can take out of context then twist to fit their putrid agenda.
The Antichrist will be a "man of peace" and deceive many. He will be like Gandhi or Mother Tresa in effect. The MSM and most people will love him.
That obviously isn't the case with GW Bush, eh?

The writer (Madsen) is delusional to think that "Bush is a dangerous Right-wing ideologue who couple his political fanaticism with a neo-christian Blood Cult!"
This is opinion, not fact! The pope is taken out of context because I have read his four books. He was talking about the fight with Communism not the End of times. The Pope was against the war but for good reason; He is the pope! Very few popes in Catholic history have supported any war!
This report is making up sources. I want Names! Who close to the pope is saying these thing! I have never read such junk. Madsen is just bitter that President Bush won the election! He is trying to get at the 52% of American catholics the disagree with him back for voting the way they did. Same on him!
I am sure Cardinal Ratisger has a different opinion about the end of times. They have been saying it is the end of time since the 13th century. Many thought the end of time was during WWI but we still carry on. It happens when it Happen. Nobody knows for sure when that will be!
