I have read numerous articles about this since before the war, and have heard numerous soldiers, congressmen and Senators comment on it, as has Rumsfeld in many pressers, and Bush in the debates.

Well that settles it. Congressmen, Senators, Bush, Rumsfeld, and a media that at least one poster thinks isn't controlled enough by the government. Boy-o you've got all the facts don't you? I bow to your superior position. Surely, I must be wrong to not base my opinion on statements given by politicians and instead choose to read articles on a worldwide basis and views from others that don't base their entire lives on knowing what to say to stay in positions of power

Wow, sorry, I just thought you might be interested in what the process of armoring the vehicles, you know, diff trucks need different armor, the diff kinds of armor, the diff convoys and what they need, the engineering required, the plants used to manufacture it, the logistics, procurement procedures, congressional funding, ect.

I just found it interesting to the subject at hand, and thought you would too.
