Who do you hear the complaints coming from? Enlisted personnel or reservists? I haven't heard this kind of complaining from Marines who are taking the brunt of it. They pass it on up the chain and then adapt until the problem is solved.
The complaints need to stay within the family and should not be aired to the fifth columnists within the press
