As near as I can tell, the entirety of your comments on the matter are "Congress stepped in and allowed it". Hardly "tackling the issue head on" IMO. Congress forcing Mineta to act against his (foolish) position hardly absolves Mineta of blame.

Interesting comment, considering back in #194 I agreed with ohioWfan that idiotic stances may not make an idiotic man, and that his idiocy or lack thereof is irrelevant anyway. You'd do well to avoid blatant mischaracterizations of others' statements, lest you be thought a less-than-forthright debater.
