Too many iffies. If the body came ashore, why not the tubs, the car wasn't noted to be clean, but it wasn't noted to be dirty either, it would be more practical to tow the boat (I own a boat, and that isn't true at all), etc. If you review the evidence shown in the thread and ignore the MSM's review of a case they have exploited to further readership/viewership, you can plainly see there was ample evidence to convict, and they did.

My hypothesis was purely a mental exercise. Personally, I think sharks got the body, plain and simple. I think it went in whole, and the sharks ate the extremities. I think good old Scott either suffocated her or broke her neck and shoved/dragged her into the ocean. Because he wanted to fool around. A woman and her innocent baby are dead.
