Well all the jurors should have been kicked off, because they certainly didnt hear all of the evidence. Just the evidence the Judge wanted them to hear.
The jurors heard ALL the evidence that was LEGALLY ADMISSABLE.
Scaught has a high priced lawyer.
The admissibility of evidence was argued by both sides.

Wouldnt proof of the boat tipping be legal evidence? Why wasnt it shown? If it wasnt legal evidence, why not?
