Never thought I would see the day I agree with Barbara Streisand!! It is not fun watching those with my 13 year old son during sports games. Am I going Liberal???

For probably the only time in my life, I completely agree with ol' Babs. If I could figure out a way to sue them for sexual harrassment, I would.

I'm tired of the Cialis ads, too. And when I'm watching the Yankees play the Red Sox, I am REALLY sick of seeing a big fat VIAGRA ad behind home plate.

One of the funniest things I ever saw was a mixup by a local TV station when I was in college.
They showed the video of a dog food commercial (a dog running through a meadow) with the audio from a feminine napkin commercial.
ROTFLMAO!!!!!

The FDA also made Viagra remove the commercial of the man and woman shopping, and they stop while he leers at the frilly nothing in the window of the Victoria's Secret-like store. They said the commercial wasn't focusing enough on the particulars of the product itself...

Jimmy Durante, now there was a real entertainer. The public never heard him bitch and complain about each and sundry little thing. Hollywood should study the old hands.

The music in the Cialis commercials is very reminiscent of the soundtrack for a porno movie. So is the weather channel's music...I am always teasing my hubby...asking him if he is watching his porno station again : ) Ugh...it's too early to even think about BS being hot and bothered about *anything*.

LOL!
You've just got to love the military!! I bet that was the last call she made to them.
Cheers!

Considering she got her 'start' in non-musical 8mm snuff films, she's likely jealous of anyone who is even capable of being hot & bothered.

Thats okay, funny or not, I'd just rather not see it all if it has the her-schnozzness in it.
Same with a lot of those Hollyweird-o's who think we should bow down to their greatness. They can't even understand how people would have an opinion thats different than theirs. Thankfully there is about 60,000,000 Americans that told them that they don't have the final word last month

I've been keeping track of Babs since the middle 60's.
This is probably the only thing we see eye to eye.

What movies out there now? Hmmm... Off the top of my head, I can list 'Closer' and 'Alexander'. But I kinda agree with her about the Cialis ads. Man, are they stupid.

The music in the Cialis commercials is very reminiscent of the soundtrack for a porno movie. I halfway expect to see the pizza delivery guy get dragged into the bored housewife's boudoir during those things. LOL!... too true. The absolute worst (to date) was the ad for "Viacreme" that ran for a short period of time. Not only did it feature a "'70s porno movie" soundtrack, the two women in the ad (discussing the merits of the product and where to get the free sample) had acting ability to match the "wocka-wocka" music.
IIRC, the "active ingredient" in the stuff was *menthol* - kinda like Vicks Vapo-Rub. (!!) I believe I'll pass on the "gentle warming sensation", thanks.

Why Streisand's hot & botheredStreisand and hot in the same phrase, paragraph page seems to me a contradiction. Streisand was never hot. Just repulsive. (and stupid)
