So are you suggesting that it is perfectly okay for an employer to hire the lower paid worker, even though the law prohibits it and even though the law prohibits the worker from being in this country? What other laws do you suggest that it is acceptable to ignore? Please, enlighten us.

The goverment doesn't have any business micromanaging employers.

What other laws do you suggest that it is acceptable to ignore? Please, enlighten us.

The legitmate uses of law and violence are one in the same: the defense of life, liberty and property. Any law that does not meet these criteria can morally if not pragmatically disregarded.
