Wrong, convicts and felons don't have the same rights to vote or to keep and bear arms or of free association, just to name a few.

The kid hasn't been convicted of anything and if he was it would be done according to his rights under the BOR.

Do you believe that everyone on the planet should be legally able to work in the United States?

I think the US workforce should consist of the best minds and most determined people on the planet regardless of origin...Even if it means inconveniencing sniveling goldbrickers who believe the world owes them the good life just because they were born in USA. See Alexander Hamilton, Einstein, Wehrner Von Braun, etc, etc.

This is not a due process issue, sorry. He's an illegal alien. He doesn't get to go to college at a discount.

Citizens who don't register with Selective Service don't have to be convicted to be ineligible for student loans and aid.
