People who break laws don't have the same rights as those that do.

I'm afraid the Bill of Rights applies to law breakers.

Do you believe that everyone on the planet has the right to work in America?

I dont believe in a "right to work" much less a right to work in America. The primary place I recall a "right to work" is in the USSR's constitution.

Wrong, convicts and felons don't have the same rights to vote or to keep and bear arms or of free association, just to name a few.

You're begging the question, which is understandable, so I'll rephrase:

Do you believe that everyone on the planet should be legally able to work in the United States?
