If someone with no right to work takes unlawful employment, they have stolen it.
You seem to have a hard time distinguishing between rights and entitlements. You are neither entitled to a job nor do you have a right to a job. Rights are things you have a freedom to do without government interference. Entitlements are things that government force others to provide to the politically privileged. A sharp kid like Pablo should be capable of making this distinction even if you are not.
