How late is the Metro going to be operating this night? I would hope it would be past the usual midnight time for weekdays.
I don't know, but I think someone said they thought it would run later than normal hours on Inauguration night. We need to find out for sure. Don't want to get stranded in DC and have to take a cab out to Alexandria. There are several contact numbers on their website HERE. I will try e-mailing them and see if I get an answer.
Last time Metro ran until 3 a.m. I imagine it will run after midnight this time, too. They're waiting to see what the President's Inaugural Committee's plans are before announcing their schedule.
