Sorry. I am describing one of the standard urban homicide techniques, thought I was being clear enough. Get the target to put his arm into the car window, grab it, take off.

This business was almost certainly a planned homicide. The cops obviously know this.

Rather than grabbing an arm I was thinking along the lines of rolling up the power window. Those motors are powerful and can easily keep a man's arm better than a person holding it.
