Man fatally dragged along freeway after couple fights in car
 Police say a man was dragged on the East Freeway after an argument in a car.

(12/01/04 - HOUSTON) — A man died overnight after being dragged on the East Freeway by a moving car Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the man and a woman were fighting in the car. The man got out, then tried to climb back in. That's when the woman stepped on the gas.
The car then hit a pickup near Mercury, at which point the man lost his arm. He was hospitalized, where he died overnight.
Police spoke with the woman at the scene. There's no word yet on possible charges against her.
