No, that is Dan Rather. Tom Brokenjaw is the guy (I'll never forget this) that moderated one of the first Republican debates in 2000. Then governor George W. Bush was trying to address either the camera or the audience (I cannot remember which) and I distinctly remember Brokenjaw moving his body in such a way as to BLOCK the candidate's eye contact with the intended audience.
The behaviour was an attempt, I believe, at undermining Bush's connection with the audience. I did NOT see Brokenjaw do this with any of the other candidates on the stage.
