I placed this thread under "extended news". I would ask the admin mods to respect this placement. There's nothing more conservative...

Many, many conservatives don't think the state, church or courts should have any say in an end of life issue. Please don't presume to speak for all conservatives.

I understand what you're saying, but you must also be aware that whether we like it or not, the state, church, and courts have already been injected into end of life issues.

Anyone who promotes the murder of an innocent woman is not promoting conservative values. Cyn is not speaking for everyone, just for conservatives. Anyone who doesn't agree that Terri has rights, is not conservative.

Hi, Drango -- that is a quote from floriduh voter's previous thread, so I'll refer your question to her. Thanks for checking this out.

Drango trolls. Drango even managed to post a crass comment on a thread about a man who made sure he voted before a surgery after which he died.

Drango can't see that the court is already involved by their actions in trying to end a life.

If a person doesn't have enough quality of life to want to continue to live even if disabled they'll always be on the side of the Felos's of our world.

The misconception many folks have with Terri's plight is that this is not an end of life issue. Terri is not dying, nor terminally ill.

Physician assisted suicide was passed by the voters in Oregon by a narrow margin. Euthanasia proponents would like state sponsored euthanasia nationwide. This is the crux of this issue.
