Theodore, I agree. If the SCOTUS rejects the appeal, it is back to our House & Senate and Governor to do a BILL THTA COVERS ALL DISABLED and VOIDS MUCH OF JIM KING'S LEGACY. More than just Terri are at risk. More than just Floridians are at risk.

If it isn't their life hanging in the balance, judges at any level would rather choose death, wouldn't they, (even though the most vulnerable should have the best protections).

Anonymous Rant which is based upon facts. Ignore us and we will go away. That is not about to happen.

A "Terri Supporter" is anyone who has tried anything to HELP to try and save the life of this disabled woman from being further victimized, exploited and denied her constitutional and legal rights -- even for the next minute.

Terri Schiavo at no time, and in no way said that 'she would not want to live this way so make me dead'. Nor did she say to criminally deny me all therapies such that I am prevented from getting better and having to live this way because of no therapies. Terri certainly knew then and may very well know now that these acts to harm are a violation of her Catholic faith and teaching, criminal and would also be 'suicide words' that would and do require assistance.

To do that, to act on those kinds of suicidal based *wish words, is a Life Felony crime in the state of Florida. And that is what the Felosers want for all of us through this victimizing of Terri.

The efforts of grassroots Terri Supporters, which could be now a billion dollars worth of volunteer hours, while seemingly intentionally blocked by public officials of all types, nonetheless, has only caused a digging in deeper state of resolve by The People, to stop these merchants of deathmaking -- the MoD's goal of using vulnerable victims like Terri Schindler-Schiavo for the furtherance of their bigger agenda -- in using government bodies to destroy our constitutional Right To Life by securing Legalized Euthanasia for them upon us all.

These greater conspired and corrupt activities are just the kinds FORBIDDEN as fs876 Crimes Against the Public that rise to levels warranting charges of treason, anarchy, subversives and murderers.

What are the avenues afforded by the public to seek its Relief and Redress, on behalf of a fellow citizen being illegally caged, kidnapped and exploited, when OUR own public servants ignore the evidences of committed crimes and pleas for active protection of a citizen so outrageously and heinously oppressed?

FV SAYS: This opinion piece on but I have only excerpted same. It is my belief that LOBBYING IN PERSON IS ANOTHER AVENUE WE MUST TAKE if we are stonewalled in other attempts to get justice for Terri. This writer whom I have posted here suggested emails, phone calls and lobbying "in person". That of course depends upon where we are and other logistics.

Please sign up at fight4terri@aol.com. A new project is being set up to contact Pat Boone through that email address. If you google PAT BOONE, he's familiar with similar circumstances to Terri's.

I completely agree with you that far more than Terri's future or the future of Floridians is at stake here. The implications are immense, but a SCOTUS rejection of Gov. Bush's appeal isn't a guarantee that your Florida legislature will generate another bill protecting disabled citizens. My best guess is that a SCOTUS rejection combined with economic considerations will be a strong disincentive for your legislators.
The remaining options would be enormous public outcry, which would have no viable affect on Judge Greer, or someone (many someones?) filing an appropriate Writ of Mandamus or/and Quo Warranto action(s) concerning Greer's lack of title to the office, perjurious affidavit and years of compensation to which he wasn't entitled.
If there's SCOTUS rejection, Felos and HINO will then see to it that matters proceed very swiftly. So, I hope and pray that Terri's parents and concerned Floridians will be ready to immediately file and pursue the only remaining legal action, complaint and maneuver available to save her life.
