no, her website is noting her MSNBC "debut" - so it appears she has been hired in some semi-formal capacity.

This woman worked for Nixon, didn't she? Unless she was a teenager when she did, she wears well.
OTOH, this means that Scarborough is still out with his back. This looks to be something more serious than just a strain.

She had a contract with Fox as an occasional commentator/expert...usually in the 6am hour...MSNBC gives her more airtime..primetime..and some guest hosting duties..Personally, FWIW, I find it "curious" that she left Fox shortly after her sister married Alan Colmes...YUCH!!!
BTW..Monica lurks..so be nice..

Monica & I share something special - I once ogled her thru the tinted glass while she was appearing on David Asman's morning show at FCN's Manhattan studios.
I'm certain she saw me.

she worked for Nixon a long time after he left office. she is Alan Colmes sister-in-law.
MSNBC was smart to hire her - she is well spoken and competent I think, she has a pleasant approach, and she's better looking then both Coulter and Laura Ingraham.
To: ken5050
Her sister married Colmes RECENTLY? Yikes.

Monica has an excellent radio show on WABC in NY, and she really does her homework. It's a shame nobody watches MSNBC.

I watch it at ten, I can't stand Greta.

You won't be so excited when you hear what her new position is at MSNBC- she co-hosting a show with RON REAGAN JR.
It'll be a noontime show. They hired her a few weeks ago and announced the new show.
