THERE IS NO WALL. When will the simple meaning of the 1st Amendment be set aright.When the students start exercising their first amendment rights. They can make all the rules they want. The students don't have to follow them.

The problem is that the students probably don't know or realize that. People only know what they are taught. If they are not taught that they can carry bibles and pray if they want, they won't.
