HELL NO!!!
I'm no expert but my good friend who flys F-18 hornets is. He is a huge advocate for the F-22 and everyone is dying to get out of the hornet and into the Raptor.... if given the chance.
Its a cool plane, but useless in the modern battlefield. Modern missiles will blow it to bits.
I flew Hornets and now fly F-16s. We participated in some of the op/evals against the F-22. All I can say is that it was eye watering. What a great piece of gear
