I don't know anything about the F-22 (other than what I've read on this thread) but did see an in depth special when two companies were competing to design the JSF.
What is the purpose of each? How do they compliment one another?
The F22 and F35/JSF are complimentary. F22 is primarily AtoA while the F35 is primarily AtoG.
