I always thought that the F-35 was further ahead than the f22.

I worked on the F-22 before I retired in 1991. The F-35 wasn't even on the drawing boards.

I just finished watching Greta on Fox. They took her for a ride in an F-16 and gave us all a great show on the F-22. It is awesome!

BTW, they have more than 10 produced and flying and the cost has dropped to 110-115 milion per.
