All day the King County elections webpage has read
RECOUNT RESULTS
(Posted by 3:30 p.m. today)
That just changed to:
RECOUNT RESULTS
(Posted at 12:30 p.m. today)
We will soon know if Gregoire managed to steal it.

This page says 2616 of 2616 precincts are counted. Those are precincts in King County, not the rest of the state, right?

Rossi ahead by 76. Kitsap, reporting officially at 2 PM, will bring Rossi's margin down to 32.

" Those are precincts in King County, not the rest of the state, right?"The page says statewide. There are about 100,000 precints in the entire US. So 2616 for one entire state sounds plausible.

By the way, folks: as much as it pains me to say it, it appears the recount in King was on the up-and-up.
On Election Day, Gregoire won 505,243 out of 876,168 votes cast in King County, or 57.66%.
Of the additional ballots tallied during the recount, Gregoire won 593 out of 1,053, or 56.31%.
Gregoire actually did slightly worse among recounted ballots than she did on Election Day. Seems like everything was legit.

The state webpage will probably not be updated until 4 PM, unless Sam Reed cracks the whip on his underlings.

Is the state web page not updated yet? Actually, it is. Look here, it has the official results for King. Still doesn't have official results from Kitsap... but the unofficial results keep Rossi ahead 42.

Not sure about the precincts. None of the other stats on that page seem to be statewide.
