Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels would not make the approved list I gather? Hmmm... Directed by Guy Ritchie who is married to Madonna. Sorry, but it probably doesn't pass the association test. Did you see "Shaun of the Dead"? Quite funny.
P.S. Elf probably wouldn't pass either since Will Ferrel worked on Saturday Night Live. I am sure during his time on there he must have made one or two anti-Bush cracks.
"He's an angry elf!" LOL

I think that the only approved movies are Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Passion of the Christ. I think We Were Soldiers, Braveheart, Patriot, and Saving Private Ryan are also on the list but I would need to do some searches to make sure.

Didn't Saving Private Ryan have Tom Hanks?
He's too controversial. It's unapproved.
His pluses are that he and Spielburg helped build several war memorials.
His minuses is that he voted democrat, he knows Spielburg, and he helped a known lesbian, Ellen DeGeneres give away cruises to 250 military families.
Therefore, Saving Private Ryan is banned.

Therefore, Saving Private Ryan is banned. Bummer. Is there an official number of degrees of separation that must exist before something is officially off the boycott list?
Also, is there an approved method to rid oneself of a DVD or CD when it is discovered to be on the boycott list?

Yes. Tell the list makers to go pound sand.

But the Hobbits negate all the homosexuals and weirdos.
I guess.

But the Hobbits negate all the homosexuals and weirdos. I guess. I can see that you're having trouble getting into the spirit of this thing. We need a political purity test for all the actors, directors, production crew, craft people, and financiers who make movies before we can intelligently make a decision on which entertainments are Suitable and which are Not Suitable.
(By the way, I have it on VERY good authority that the brother-in-law of the Second Assistant Key Grip on Passion of the Christ has a Kerry bumper sticker on his '79 Pinto. Better stick to that Charlton Heston movie tonight.)
(sarcasm OFF)

Can't watch Charleton in Planet of the Apes.
Roddy McDowell was in it.
Roddy is gay.
Roddy was friends with Liz Taylor, a known liberal who is also friends with Michael Jackson, a possible pedophile.
So no Heston movie tonight.
BTW, The Passion of the Christ is out because it has too many foreigners and the gal who played Mary was naked in a movie once or twice.

(Looking forward to an uplifting evening together with my friends and family, rotating canned goods in the bunker and reading passages from our Pocket Constitutions to each other)

Kidmans always lovely to look at, but her films are so butt-ugly bad that they hurt. Dogville and Cold Mountain were actually good. Not big box office successes but good films nonetheless.
