Your post is illogical. There is one question and one question only - is the fetus a human being deserving of legal protection? You might not believe that it is, and you might have disdain for those who do, but IF it is a human being deserving of legal protection, then simply "not having an abortion" does not satisfy the issue just like "not murdering someone" is not enough for people who don't beleive in murder.
