You are mistating facts, once again. Kozak stated that were it not for the fact that Lenin signed the Brest-Litovsk treaty in 1917, the Germans likely would have been in Moscow. He never stated that the Germans actually were in Moscow.

Ah. Lenin signed away half of Empire (rich fertile part at that) because he was in position of strength? Russian army wasn't in collapse and melting away? Germans took what they WANTED, left leavings for Lenin. Had he not signed Russian troops whould have hanged old Lenin themselves.
