So what happens if the citizens of Kharkov Oblast all become Russian citizens? Do they seperate? Become defacto another nations? If they flat out refuse to acknowledge their former regime for the new one who's citizenship they took, do they then get ethnically cleansed?
ahem jb it wasnt just kharkov oblast its the 8 south/east regions that promised to leave if they forcefully make Yuschenko pres. In the end the amount that leaves would probably be between 6 and 10.
